Shipping/Returns

How do I return my order?

Please email saffyreswim@gmail.com with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return. Our team will provide you with the return address.

We accept returns on all full-priced items for either a store credit or refund, provided the following conditions are met.

Before sending your return, ensure the items meet the return criteria, as we cannot accept products that have been worn, damaged, or are in unacceptable condition.

Once you have the return address, send your parcel to that location. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Saffyre Swim is not responsible for any returns lost during transit.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with either store credit in the form of a gift card or process your refund.

How long do I have to return my item for a refund?

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. The hygiene liner must remain intact, and swimwear should only be tried on over underwear for hygiene purposes. No odours (including perfumes) or fake tan should be on the item. If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.
Sale items, including those purchased during promotional offers and Online Sales, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: Due to high demand, we do not offer direct exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of stock when your return is processed. All eligible returns will receive either a store credit or refund, as specified by the customer during the return process.

What do I do if my item is faulty or missing?

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at saffyreswim@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Our team will assist in arranging a replacement or resolving the issue promptly.

Please note: Faults or issues that occur after 2 weeks will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Will I need to pay any import duty or taxes?

Unfortunately international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which will be applied when your package reaches its destination. These charges are out of our control and vary from country to country. It is the responsibility of the recipient to cover these charges.


If the charges aren’t paid, the package may be returned or destroyed, and unfortunately, Saffyre Swim won’t be able to offer a refund or resend the items.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number via email. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the tracking number is available.
