OUR POLICY ON RETURNS

We accept returns on all full-priced items for either a store credit or refund, provided the following conditions are met. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. The items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. The hygiene liner must remain intact, and swimwear should only be tried on over underwear for hygiene purposes. No odours (including perfumes) or fake tan should be on the item. If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense. Sale items, including those purchased during promotional offers and Online Warehouse Sales, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note: Due to high demand, we do not offer direct exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of stock when your return is processed. All eligible returns will receive either a store credit or refund, as specified by the customer during the return process.
