HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

Email saffyreswim@gmail.com with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return. Our team will provide you with the return address. Before shipping, check that your items meet the return criteria, as we cannot accept items that have been worn, damaged, or are in an unsuitable condition. Send your parcel to the return address provided. We strongly recommend using a tracked mail service as Saffyre Swim is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you either a store credit in the form of a gift card or process your refund (If the item was faulty)

FAULTY OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at saffyreswim@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Our team will assist in arranging a replacement or resolving the issue promptly. Please note: Faults or issues that occur after 6 months will not be eligible for return or replacement. Thank you for shopping with Saffyre Swim!
